When you contact SIMUST, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, country, organisation or club, enquiry type and the information you include in your message.
We use this information to understand, manage and respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested conversation, demonstration or Academy trial, and maintain necessary business correspondence.
The website currently uses FormSubmit to forward contact-form messages to SIMUST. Information entered into the form is therefore processed through that service for delivery. You can contact us directly by email if you prefer not to use the form.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the conversation, meet legitimate business requirements or comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell contact information. It is shared only when necessary to operate the enquiry process or when required by law.
You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to its use where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when a legal or contractual obligation requires it.
